<description>Mike Adkins is the finest tenor man I've ever experienced, and I was lucky to play with him. His technique certainly influenced mine on playing guitar, and a sax player who does that is worth his salt. Mike's lines are smooth, vibrato even, and even when fast, are relaxed. One of the best modern-style sax players and composers around. Looking forward to more music.
