The album features original compositions by Juliet and was recorded with Seb Rochford (drums), Tom Barlow (bass), Carl Orr (guitar), Omar Puente (violin), Kate Williams (piano), Byron Wallen (trumpet), Roger Beaujolais (vibes) and Courtney Pine (sax).
